Whiskey Folk Ramblers
Whiskey Folk Ramblers
Like the soundtrack to a spaghetti western set in the Dust Bowl, Whiskey Folk Rambler's "folk noir" blends ominous, reverb-dripping guitars with boot-stomping train beats and funereal horns to create sonic backdrops for down-on-your-luck ballads and beer-soaked anthems.

Their music is the sound of a union meeting at its drunkest, of a last-resort robbery gone awry, of mice and men and the lengths they'll go to forget about their troubles. From catchy singalongs to moody shuffles, Whiskey Folk Rambler's sound takes American roots music down a road less traveled, where even the Devil might be waiting to raise a toast. ~ Steve Steward

Taking cues from blues, folk and great songwriters, Luke McGlathery is making some new sounds in Fort Worth. A full-time musician for four years, he performs almost every night, often as background music. But his new album, Life Ain’t Hard, requires your full attention. McGlathery has learned how to speak with music.

Texas Soul is what makes Michael Lee And The Wartime Limousine a crowd pleaser around the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

In April of 2014 Michael released his debut self titled album "Michael Lee". This album is a "Record" as he likes to put it. "It's a record and it's exactly that! A record in time of everything I have ever done up until this point. It sums me up in 11 songs."
This album is all original music written by Michael, and it is a peak into the man's soul.

Starting off with a bang, "Hell's Highway" is the first song on the album. Its rockin' vocals and emotional guitar lines grooves and moves you back to a different time.
